Step 1. Turn off the Spotter

Log in to your Spotter account and go to the map. Click on the Spotter and a screen with functions will appear. Here, click on ‘Switch off Spotter’.

Step 2. Fully charge the watch

Fully charge the battery of the Spotter GPS Watch – Air in 2 to 3 hours. Use the supplied USB cable for this. The Spotter GPS Watch Air has a magnetic charger, which clicks into place on the Spotter. Then plug the end of the cable into a USB port, after which the Spotter Watch – Air will start charging.

Step 3. Switch on the Spotter

Switch on the Spotter GPS Watch – Air by holding down the SOS button on the side until the Spotter logo appears on the screen. Take the Spotter outside to ensure the best possible signal reception.

Step 4. Retrieve the location

Log in to your Spotter account and go to the map. Click on the Spotter and a screen with functions will appear. Here, click on ‘request location’. For 3 minutes, you will now receive the current location of the Spotter GPS Watch every 20 seconds.

Step 5. The location is now coming through

Refresh the page. The location will now be received. If you are not receiving a location and have followed all the steps, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
