A GPS tracker is a small device, measuring just a few centimetres, equipped with a SIM card (GPRS) and GPS (satellites). This allows a location to be determined and then transmitted to our Spotter software. Here, you can view the location and always know where the item you wish to track is.
You give the Spotter GPS tracker to a person or place it in an object such as a car, boat or whatever else you wish to track. You then log in to the Spotter software via your computer or the app and view the data. The Spotter GPS tracker also has a host of other useful features.
The Spotter GPS tracker works throughout Europe. It comes with a built-in secure SIM card, which automatically selects the best network provider for each country. This means you can use the GPS tracker abroad at no extra cost. It’s also handy for holidays!
No, you don’t need a subscription or contract to use the Spotter GPS tracker. You pay for a prepaid credit package, with a choice of 3, 6 or 12 months. You can use all the features during this period. Once this period ends, the service stops and you can decide for yourself when you want to use it again. No use = no charge.
You can get a Spotter GPS tracker for a one-off payment of €99.95 (including VAT). You don’t need a subscription or a contract. The Spotter works on a prepaid credit basis. You can choose between 3, 6 or 12 months’ credit, with 3 months costing €16.50.
Good question! The Spotter GPS tracker has an internal battery that can last up to 5 days without needing to be charged. With regular use, you should charge the Spotter after 2 to 3 days. You can do this using the charging cable supplied or via a handy Spotter Dock.
The Spotter GPS tracker offers you the following features:

You can mark various areas as ‘zones’. These could include your home address, a wood, an institution, or anything else you wish to designate as a zone. Using the online software, you can draw a circle around the area. You will then receive a notification as soon as the GPS tracker enters or leaves the zone.
The great thing is that the Spotter GPS tracker comes with a secure SIM card as standard. This means you don’t need to buy a prepaid SIM card yourself. You can top up your credit for 3, 6 or 12 months via your Spotter account.
You can use the Spotter app to view the data from the Spotter GPS tracker. The Spotter app is available to download for free from the App Store and Google Play.
