Your Spotter comes with a 2-year warranty. So if there is a problem, you can send the Spotter to us so that we can solve the problem for you. Please read our warranty conditions first.
You can contact customer service via the contact form. They check the Spotter and inform you about the next steps. Depending on the answers to these questions, Spotter B.V. send you a return address by e-mail to which you can send the Spotter. Spotter B.V. will examine the GPS Tracker and either send you a new one or repair the GPS Tracker at the expense of Spotter B.V.
Do you still have a complaint despite our good service? Then we apologize for this. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Unfortunately, we also make mistakes. For complaints you can reach us on working days via info@spottergps.com.
