Step-by-step guide to resetting the Spotter GPS Watch

Step 1. Turn off the Spotter 

Log in to your Spotter account and go to the map. Click on the Spotter and a screen with functions will appear. Here, click on ‘Turn off Spotter’.

Step 2. Fully charge the watch

Fully charge the battery of the Spotter GPS Watch in 2 to 3 hours. Use the supplied USB cable for this. Place the two prongs of the charger onto the connectors on the back of the Spotter GPS Watch. Then plug the end of the cable into a USB port, after which the Spotter Watch will start charging.

Step 3. Switch on the Spotter

Switch on the Spotter GPS Watch by holding down the SOS button on the side until the Spotter logo appears on the screen. Take the Spotter GPS Watch outside to ensure the best possible signal reception.

Step 4. Retrieve the location

Log in to your Spotter account and go to the map. Click on the Spotter and a screen with functions will appear. Here, click on ‘request location’. For 3 minutes, you will now receive the current location of the Spotter GPS Watch every 20 seconds.

Step 5. The location is now being received
