Change my email address

The email address of an account cannot be changed. To do this, you will have to create a new account with the new e-mail address.

Step 1: Remove the Spotter from the old account

  • Log in to your online account here.
  • Go to “home” in the menu.
  • Select the Spotter on the map.
  • Click on the Spotter and go to “Settings”. Keep the Spotter code handy to add it to your new account.
  • Now click on “remove system from account”.
  • Then click on “delete” again if you are sure.
  • The Spotter has now been removed from the account.

Step 2: create new account

  • Create a new account via the login page and click on “register”.
  • Create your account here. You will then be asked to confirm your email address.
  • Now log in to your new online account, after which a screen will appear asking you to enter your Spotter code.
  • Enter the 12-letter Spotter code that you can find on the card.
  • The Spotter is now linked to your new account and your email address has been changed.
