The Spotter GPS Watch Senior has been specially designed for older people who wish to remain independent, whilst allowing family members or carers to monitor them remotely for added safety. The watch is used on a daily basis by older people with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and care homes also use it for their residents.
The watch has a 20 cm strap and is comfortable to wear. It measures just 4.6 cm and weighs 55 grams, so it is light and practical.
The senior’s location can be viewed online via the Spotter app. When the wearer is on the move, the watch sends a location update every 5 minutes. When the person is stationary or not wearing the watch, the location is updated every 5 hours.
With a single press of the SOS emergency button, you and your designated contacts will immediately receive an alert showing your loved one’s location. This makes it easy for older people to call for help straight away if they become disoriented or find themselves in difficulty.
