Curious to know what others think?

The app works well, and the product does exactly what I expected. The clip that came with it is good quality and sturdy, so my dog can’t lose it whilst out and about.
Perfect for a hunting dog. I’ve been using it for two years now and am very happy with it.\ \
It makes me feel safe. If my dog Karel runs off again, I can now track him down. Perfect.
It works brilliantly. We’ve had a stray from the shelter living with us for a few months now, and I’d really like to know whether, after a few months indoors, she’ll be able to find her way to her new home outdoors. With the Spotter, I can keep track of her.
It’s really handy for keeping an eye on my cat.\ \
It’s so lovely to see where my cat goes. The device works well, as does the app. It does exactly what I expected. I’d recommend it to any cat owner.

Do you have any questions? We’d be happy to answer them

The pet GPS tracker uses GPS to determine the location, which is sent to our online software via the internal SIM card (GPRS) in the GPS tracker. You can then log in online to view the location data.

You attach the pet GPS to your pet’s collar and put it on your cat or dog. You can then view their locations and other details online or via the smartphone app. Your pet’s location is shown on a map, and you can even zoom in for a detailed view.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker works throughout Europe, which isn’t the case with all GPS trackers. So even if you’re going on holiday, you can still use the Spotter here. We recommend using the pet GPS tracker outdoors. Indoors, the signal may be weaker, which can affect the accuracy of the location tracking.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker is equipped with a motion sensor that detects the difference between movement and stillness. When the pet moves, a location is sent every 5 minutes, which you can view immediately online via your account or the Spotter app. Want to know the location right now? Simply click on ‘Request location’ and you will receive a location update every 20 seconds for 5 minutes.

That’s right, the Spotter pet GPS tracker works subscription-free. You can choose from prepaid credit packages of 3, 6 or 12 months. You can use the Spotter tracker as much as you like during this period, after which it will stop working. This means you can put the Spotter away for a while and then use it again by topping up your credit. No use means no charges.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker costs a one-off fee of €99.95 and operates on a prepaid credit basis. Three months’ credit costs €17.95, six months’ credit €34.95 and 12 months’ credit €59.00 (including VAT).

You can set up different zones on the Spotter pet GPS tracker. These are virtual circles around a specific area, such as your home address, the woods or another location. You create a zone, and as soon as your pet enters or leaves the zone, you will receive a notification.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker is equipped with an SOS button. It is not intended for your pet to press, but rather for the person who finds your cat or dog should it go missing. If this button is pressed, you will immediately receive a message with the location and can contact the person who found your pet by calling the Spotter GPS tracker.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker is equipped with a handy call function. This allows you, as the owner, to call the Spotter if, for example, your cat or dog is missing and the person who found it has pressed the SOS button on the Spotter. It is possible to call the Spotter, but not to make calls from the Spotter itself.

You can download the Spotter app for free from the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android. Once you have received the Spotter GPS tracker, add it to the app and you can start using it.

The locations are stored for 24 hours and can be viewed via the online software and app.

The standby time of the Spotter pet GPS tracker is 1-3 days. This depends entirely on usage. For example, if your pet is out and about all day, more locations will be sent and the battery will last for 1 day. If your pet is slightly less active, the battery will last longer. We recommend charging the Spotter every evening

The warranty period is 24 months. Should you experience any issues with the tracker, our support team will first attempt to resolve the problem remotely. If this proves impossible, you can return the Spotter and, if necessary, you will receive a replacement.

Yes, as the owner, you are allowed to track your pet using a GPS tracker.

Unfortunately, not all pet GPS trackers are safe and reliable. Fortunately, the Spotter pet GPS tracker is completely safe to use. You can read here how we ensure this safety.

The Spotter uses GPS (satellites) and GPRS (integrated SIM card). This means the GPS tracker always has coverage throughout Europe. So wherever the Spotter is, you can view its location online via your smartphone or computer.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker is IPX7 waterproof and therefore resistant to water.

Yes, the Spotter app allows you to track multiple pets at the same time. You can add individual trackers and view their locations on a single map.

In addition to the purchase cost, there are usage fees for which you purchase prepaid credit. This can be for 3, 6 or 12 months. During this period, you have unlimited access to all features. After this period, your access will end with no further obligations.

The Spotter tracker is highly accurate and uses the highest GPS class for the best location tracking. Accuracy may vary depending on factors such as the environment and the availability of the GPS signal.

Yes, the Spotter app sends you notifications when the tracker’s battery is running low, so you can start charging it in good time.

The Spotter pet GPS tracker is designed to be lightweight (21 grams) so that it can be comfortably attached to your pet’s collar without causing any discomfort.

Yes, you can set up geofencing using the Spotter app. This allows you to receive notifications when your pet enters or leaves a pre-set area.

The Spotter tracker comes with a secure fastening clip and a silicone case that can be easily attached to the collar. Make sure it fits snugly and comfortably. This makes it a GPS collar for your cat or dog.

The amount of data used by the Spotter tracker depends on how it is used. Normally, it uses a modest amount of data for location updates and communication with the app. All data usage is included in your prepaid credit. So, no matter how much data you use, there are no extra charges.
