So if there is a problem, you can send the Spotter to us so that we can solve the problem for you. Please read our warranty conditions first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our warranty conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The warranty period is 2 years on the hardware. The Warranty period starts from the moment the hardware is delivered. The purchase receipt of the hardware serves as proof of warranty, so keep it in a safe place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If visible errors, imperfections and\/or defects occur during the execution of the work, in the materials used or in the delivered goods, which must already have been present at the time of delivery, Spotter B.V. within the guarantee period, repair or replace those goods \u2013 at its option \u2013 free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spotter B.V. guarantees that the delivered goods have the properties required for normal use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There can be no warranty on the hardware if:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>there is normal wear and tear, exclusively at the discretion of Spotter B.V.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if changes have been made in or to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of Spotter B.V. have been performed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the original invoice cannot be submitted, has been changed or is illegible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;if defects are the result of improper use or improper use;\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the damage was caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent maintenance;\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if connecting plugs, connectors, wiring is damaged and\/or changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invoke warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can contact customer service via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spottergps.uk\/contact-support\/\">contact form<\/a>. They check the Spotter and inform you about the next steps. Depending on the answers to these questions, Spotter B.V. send you a return address by e-mail to which you can send the Spotter. Spotter B.V. will examine the GPS Tracker and either send you a new one or repair the GPS Tracker at the expense of Spotter B.V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you still have a complaint despite our good service? Then we apologize for this. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Unfortunately, we also make mistakes.
