To do this, you will have to create a new account with the new e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Remove the Spotter from the old account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/my.spottergps.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/my.spottergps.com\/\">Log in <\/a>to your online account here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to \u201chome\u201d in the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Spotter on the map.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Spotter and go to \u201cSettings\u201d. Keep the Spotter code handy to add it to your new account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now click on \u201cremove system from account\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on \u201cdelete\u201d again if you are sure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Spotter has now been removed from the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: create new account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new account via the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.spottergps.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/my.spottergps.com\/\">login page <\/a>and click on \u201cregister\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create your account here. You will then be asked to confirm your email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now log in to your new online account, after which a screen will appear asking you to enter your Spotter code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the 12-letter Spotter code that you can find on the card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Spotter is now linked to your new account and your email address has been changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The email address of an account cannot be changed.
